Have you ever wondered how people manage to get their points and pieces to line up perfectly in their quilts? Turns out, there are a lot of little things that work together to ensure everything fits as it should. In this class, students will tackle Cheryl’s best-selling quilt pattern, Stars Over Capri, so that participants can cover most aspects of quilt piecing, including pressing, that pesky 1/4″, using tools to enhance accuracy, how to work with templates, and how to match corners. Since the focus of the class is on piecing, there will be cutting homework to be done before students arrive. I will provide students with a link to a video tutorial in the supply list to help with proper cutting procedures and organizational tips so everyone can be prepared for class. This quilt looks great in many different colorways.
