Workshop Description
This class will excite any individual who likes to combine/incorporate other materials into their woodturning. In this class, we will use pewter. Students will learn how to cast, turn, and decorate pewter to enhance their woodturning in an exquisite fashion, beyond what individuals may have seen or tried already. Jimmy will cover the safe ways to heat and cast pewter as well as techniques for turning this very soft, yet beautiful metal.
