This class will teach students how to forge their very own tough and fully-functional integral knife out of a single piece of tool-steel. David will demonstrate the fundamentals of basic skills of bladesmithing as well as giving students the freedom to add their own distinct artistic style to their knife. Students should come ready to work hard with plenty of stamina and focus, since this class will be working at a fast pace! Please wear grubby (non-synthetic) work-clothes and bring a good pair of work gloves, eye and ear protection. No open-toed shoes, please. This will be a class in a blacksmith shop, dirty, hot and exciting.

There is an annual, nonrefundable registration fee of $45.

This registration fee is not a part of the class fee and is not deducted from the final balance due. This is the financial binding that locks you into the class and starts the registration process. This fee does not apply to students who only take one single day workshop.
