This week we have Jeff Headly and Steve Hamilton with "Miniature Highboy: (If you know what's good for you you'll make)...A Jewelry Chest For Your Wife."
Okay I made that first part up, however I think you get the idea! This class will ensure years of attendance at MASW without pressure from the "significant other." Here at MASW, we all appreciate the "fine" line you all have to walk. "But (insert applicable endearment here), I have invested a lot of money in OUR shop! I need to take the (insert applicable class here) class to get the most bang for OUR buck!" Notice how, by using the plural OUR I've included her/him in this venture you have undertaken in the woodworking realm. It's really a good idea to make your significant other think they are an active participant. They need to "own" it too, (so to speak). Perhaps we should have a class just for these type of situations. I COULD TEACH IT!! What a great idea!! I have plenty of experience talking my husband into various adventures that he would rather not undertake AND make him believe the whole thing was his idea.....I'm gonna talk to Marc about this! How exciting!!
[I'm thinking it could be a whole new certificate program here! Can't wait to see the "new" class titles! -markwithak]
