Masters

In this course, John Economaki the man behind the Bridge City Tools brand shows off the very unique Jointmaker saw and the precision that it is capable of by guiding his students through the steps necessary to replicate his "Fog of War" museum piece. "Fog of War," is a metaphorical chess board that John has been designing and refining for the last several years, his version is sculptural and not a playable set, you'll have the choice of making the sculpture, or a playable version. The chess set incorporates a vast array of set ups and cuts to give you the confidence to utilize your Jointmaker Pro to the fullest. This class is for those people who are thinking about purchasing a JMP as well as those who already own one. It will be an opportunity to explore new ideas, create objects from wood that have never been tried and find precision on small parts that has never existed until now.

Woodworking means something different to everybody. This class is for those who want to do smaller scale, gallery-quality work in an environment that is not a traditional woodshop. Whether you are downsizing, have limited space, or are concerned about sound or safety, this class will show you how to pursue woodworking without electricity and with very little noise and almost no sanding. If you are unfamiliar with the JMP and what it can do, you have to check it out on the Bridge City Tools web page--YOU WILL BE BLOWN AWAY.

Key Points:

Learn how to tune and use a JMP
Make cuts so precise that joints become flawless
Compound miters
